Grid Hotkeys difference in WoL / HotS

Hello everyone, im a grid hotkey user.

Its getting really annoying for me, i play both wol and hots atm and the hotkeys are different.
I just played a TvZ where i was owning the zerg with lots of drop harass and then when i go back to my base to control my army there is a bunch of widow mines and like 25 reapers instead of lots of tanks and marauders. Got mad.

This is happening a lot to me i cant get used to it and adapt to the hotkeys since i play both wol and hots.

am i the only one with this issue? Is there a way i can be fine without spending all day to change every hotkey command (believe, it takes a damn long time to get a "classic" hotkey setup [for example] and then change every command to WoL grid style) ?

Well in all honesty I just changed'em. It took me less than 20 min to do it. I encourage you to just change them manually, it´ll be quicker than waiting for a reply here

For me, as Zerg, I've already adopt to a new grid layout. I like it more and don't want to go back to WoL

When I first started playing SC2 I wanted to play random so in an effort to optimize my hotkey learning (since I was also finding out that my muscles still remembered BW hotkeys) I started using grid. I soon found that grid wasn't quite as intuitive as I would have liked and quickly made a custom setup. In my custom hotkey setup something like 90% of my hotkeys are the same as grid (especially things like upgrades and a large part of building production). However some things like buildings or various abilities are arranged to be a little faster to use or more intuitive. Also, since I'd constantly "Q-attack with my workers while trying to Q-build worker" or "Q-select larva into Q-build drone" I changed those hotkeys to minimize mistakes.

My point is just make a custom hotkey setup based on grid and change the few things that don't work for you :D

For toss, there are very few differences so I adjusted quickly (archon merge, Stop command, one or two others). Harder is switching in the head when I go back to play WoL.

I can understand some changes though not the "Stop" command one. And frankly I would rather have let a "hole" in the setup than change them if I were Blizz, but hey! I'm not ^^

You'll get used to it.

Hots have 2v2 ranked and unranked ladder, and also custom games up to 4v4 and FFA games. Only lazy now don't have hots beta key

The new zerg grid hotkeys really threw me for a loop. I still keep making hydras instead of roaches. I use classic hotkeys for Terran so I didn't have to adjust, just add in a few new hotkeys. I haven't noticed any changes to grid for protoss.
