Isn't the optimum 16 per base on minerals?

Army compositions are basically the same but with new and interesting potential engagements.

Not what I've seen/been doing.
Terran mech melts gateway units and cols don't do all that much better. I've been favoring heavy stargate play.
As far as z goes, swarm hosts have been being usesd a lot and they seem pretty op so far. If you go up against 4-5 worth of locusts, your gateway army also dies. if that's supported by anything, you can't really touch the swarm host. Once again tempests are very useful here.
I've been going against swarmhost+hydra + late game viper and gotta say that the only viable counter seems to be tempest + templar with gate support. Oracles always harassing in all these games btw, with tempest or phoenix harass too that can always be called back by mothership (that is now standard in just about every single game)
Now does this not sound fun or what? :p In any case, I'm loving it. I'm going to bed now but I'll get a stream up for you guys tomorrow, since it doesn't sound like other toss are experimenting as much as I am... apparently.
tl; dr These guys are super fast paced and generally i'm dealing with 3 things at once... I'm actually in awe right now, because generally I am incredibly negative about eveything blizz does. The only unit that seems stupid to me now is the warhound and battle hellion is pretty boring too... I feel like T was made easier while the other races were made harder.

Somehow I got into the beta... But im not sure what to do since Ive basicly stopped playing for about a year now. seems like a waste to just not play but Ive hardly got the time :/
