that french guy also has 1600... he says he got the last 10 points while playin Lost vikin yesterday
ok, so apparently, the guy says he did the whole campaign in brutal from the strat, he did some missions on hard and normal to get all the achievements. He was at 98% after éAll-in", and he immediatly started a new campaign to get The Raid night achievement and to get the gold on Lost viking (yesterday).

It is a fact, though, that if you add up all the campaign achievements listed on battle.net - the sum is 1590, and at the same time the main menu shows your score as "xxxx/1600".
Jeez dude, we all know that when you add everything up it's 1590... you didn't discover the moon... what we are talking about is why do 10 points that we can't see suddenly appear...

Not only has this been well understood since about page 1 of this thread, I also don't see how it is relevant to anything I said.

That must be it, especially since Blizzard already said it was a bug.

Glad that you understand it. And by the way if the duplicated achievement mechanic was possible - which is quite reasonable with connection and server issues - then there could be someone with 1610 points too, we should wait and see.
The point is that this seems more far-fetched, because it requires double bug - first, Blizzard makes a mistake and leaves the points "xxxx/1600", while they only have 1590 points in their game, and then a connection bug actually gives 1600 points to some people. Sure, possible, but less probable than just Blizzard has an achievement in their game which they forgot to include in the list.

That might be true, until such time that Blizzard says "yes the fact that you're only seeing 1590/1600 is a bug and we intend to fix it." Once they say that (which they have) any further discussion is like asking why we say "blue" to mean blue instead of red.
this bug will probably be fixed in the next patch update in mid september. Someone on my f list has completed all single player challenges with gold and he didnt get the achievement nor the portrait.
@ At all the above Was playing a game 4v4. Everyone left except one person. 5 minutes later, we all got drop hacked / tie hack (results disagree). I checked his profile, 1600/1600. There is a strong correlation between hacks / trainers and having 1600/1600.
hah, maybe it was put in as a hacker trap, they'll ban anyone with 1600/1600 as obvious hackers...
but yea, there's nothing more to really discuss, as they have announced it is a bug that they are aware of. What I'm wondering is whether they'll reduce the total for the section or add a 10 pt achiev...?
So to get this straight, 10 points are missing from the achievements. However, people who hacked for 1600 got those extra points because, obviously, they didn't actually earn the points.
I would lol if blizzard did this on purpose just to catch some hackers in action.
EDIT: Oh, hey, the person right above me just said that. :/ I can't read.
