I am playing on brutal and boy, some of these missions are challenging indeed. So now I am absolutely stuck on this particular one! Are there any people out there having problems with their campaigns as well?
I guess we can all post them here and ask for tips/help from other TL members to make your life easier (:
So I am still fairly early into the game, but urghh i know i have done this mission 4 or 5 times its so frustrating!
The mission I am stuck on: + Show Spoiler +The mission is smash and grab where you have to go around collecting this terra thing with your SCV while the protoss seals them off. There are collossus and high templar so i don't think building infantries are a good idea, but other than that I am really bummed. Any tips for this? I just can't replenish my army fast enough to fight/stop them!
Edit: On a side-note, I have receive a messages saying something like "all achievements have been disabled" a few times throughout the game. I haven't used any cheat at all. The only thing i can thing of is i have been getting disconnected from the bnet a few times - my internet is unstable. Anyone getting the same problem?

The proper way to use a spoiler lets the person know what the spoiler is about without spoiling anything.
For example.
Wow, when we finally met
+ Show Spoiler [Character found after mission 7] +. Your spoiler could have anything in it so I'm huge as hell not clicking it.

get the viking and tank mercenaries then its not that hard

Finished it with infantries only, tried to make goliaths and scv near them to autorepair plus medics behind in case the AI kills the scv and some marauders and it didn't work for like 3 or 4 times.
Got it by building only marines medics and some marauders. Simple as that. Don't forget to make some golies in case you have many gas to spare but focus purely on marines medics with the stim + healcheat medics 
(btw tanks and viking may not be part of the game unless you finishes the missions first before this one which wasn't my case).

wait until ~15 secs before lava surges, use those 15 secs to lure him onto lower ground, he dies

I'm wondering how replaying missions work in detail...
As an example:
1. I play a mission on hard, I do main and secondary objectives.
2. I replay it on hard, getting the extra achievements (but forget secondary objectives)
3. I replay it on brutal, again getting only doing main objectives.
If I replay a mission like this from the bridge, how does it affect the campaign? What if I quit a mission right after I have the achievements?

you can do whatever you want i once did an achievement and then loaded to before i did it because i lost too many troops and it still counted

that specific level the OP mentions on brutal is such a pain, even if you only collect 1 gas at a time! finally did it with mass goliaths and a bunch of scvs on autorepair
