Having Marner list out his laziest teammates and then telling those teammates is so dumb it hurts my head.

I think Babcock was gifted some insanely good teams prior to Toronto (even then, they've had elite talent for at least 2 years now). I would think he should have at least one more Cup win from his time in detroit. But yeah top 10 in wins plus a ring he will probably be in some day

it's amazingly dumb. They have been playing well as of late, and in their 2 full seasons of existence he took them to the playoffs and the Finals once... and as of this moment, that team is top 5 for all underlying stats but near bottom of the barrel in goalie play.

This is also the same GM who hired Adam Oates and Dale Hunter and wasted nearly a half decade of Ovechkin's career soooooooooo

also, reddit's NHL streams sub is getting shutdown. Keep on getting take down requests and reddit is cracking down on all of the things that made reddit reddit so you can get fun things like... the official NFL account posting in the NFL sub. Wooo.

Penguins certainly have had a good December and January. They have all their games against the capitals coming up, which will be a big test to see how they perform against top-tier playoff teams. I think they have the pieces for an ECF or Stanley cup run. Then again, I didn't think they'd be swept by the islanders last year either.

lol what a ridiculous decision by VGK management. You have a coach that leads the team to SCF in theif very first season followed by another playoff spot and close series with Sharks followed by leading their division followed by being selected as an ASG coach and you decide you fire him. If anything this does more damage to the management than the coach as its very easy to see how dumb this is.
