You're lucky lol. I think most of my fat remaining is the tiny bit at the bottom of my stomach preventing my 4 pack from being a 6 pack. On the bright side, this is easily the leanest I've been at ~230 lbs. Ima look like igne by the end of the summer xD
I'd much rather have stomach fat than soft nipples

Doubtful. Getting in better shape and losing fat in general will probably make you a less sweaty person though (i actually have no idea, just guessing). Could be a medical issue, talk to your doctor.
i'm aquaman when it comes to sweat no one beats me unfortunately that is not cool or sexy T_T. Its not uncommon for me to go midwork out to the bathroom and squeeze my shirt and shorts.
i injured my right calf sprinting these days. I went to an osteopathic physician and he checked it out, saw that my right hip was a bit tight and did something that cracked it in a good way and immediately i felt a difference like a flow began going to my legs. He asked me to squat before and after and the after was so different it was like the 1st time i was feeling my calf muscle active. Seems like a good progress we shall see in a few days the results.
My weight loss progress has stalled a bit recently, lost some focus and got into a bad in and out phase of clean eating and 'oh look amazing junk food' - fuck. Carbs = crack and im a junky so hard to get rid of it but am back on track now.
stupid question, but is there something wrong when I always fail squats by going into a good morning and having to get out from under the bar? I should be rolling the bar off my back when I fail right? Also, is it worth it to grind out those last reps when I'm not doing them with good form? As opposed to more sets?
Edit: On failure, I imagine the problems I have are that my glutes/hamstrings aren't as strong as they should be. My butt is coming up before everything else. I try to keep my elbows under the bar.
Failing a squat (in a rack) should basically you can't make it through the sticking point and you descend again just like you did when you started the squat till you can put the bar in the rack, shouldn't have to do too much of a 'good morning' motion or dump it too far behind you either way.

my arms are piddly whilst my stomach is enormous lol. same as my dad who is 6.6' and rake-thin, but his stomach is still fat . he pointed it out to me once and was like wtf is this lol. i put it down to genetically ZERO base muscle but i guess weight placement is another thing if you compare my arms to my stomach
actually if you trust that article whoever posted the other day , fat storage placement depends on hormones and micro intake of various nutrients and can be altered by supplementing. (the artcle that said you dont need to dose anything to spot reduce then listed like 30 supplements you need to do it)
also decaf do dragonflags off the end of a bench (lie on a bench with your butt at one end and your legs hanging right off) to target the bottom lot of your abs, at least thats what im doing
is rapeseed oil an ok oil? i wanna buy mayonaise (to go with my tinned fish, in smallish amounts) , they're either sunflower oil or rapeseed oil. i mean if its just a no-go i can live without it (just put on twice as much vinegar :p )
eh fuck it i ordered an expensive mayonaise and expensive gravy . better enjoy my dinners otherwise i just relapse more easily
ive got... shredded wheat (it says 100% wheat on the back) porridge milk vinegar salt (only for if i feel like i need it randomly) random frozen veg vine tomatoes extra virgin olive oil pork chops bananas gravy mint sauce mayonnaise (dont use a crazy amount) potatoes butter (added to potatoes in amounts that probably need to be reduced) eggs tinned tuna (its not oily) tinned salmon (its oily) tinned mackerel (for variety)
i need something to stuff my face with after a protein meal like pure eggs or pure fish and the shredded wheat looks awesome for that
the 3 weeks prior to last i had another relapse and spent like £130 on takeaways and was eating 500g of chocolate on some days and finished up last weekend on £10 of cake and biscuits (thats a lot of cake and biscuits) . so switching back to the tinned fish is the best you're gonna get !!
i have actually cut out cheese tho, i fuckin love cheese but its expensive (i buy pre-grated) and probably was making up half my calories in excess coz i just go fuckin nuts with cheese goddamnit
yeah i was doing lettuce, tomatoes + extra olive oil + eggs (friend in butter) / pork (+ NO cheese), i shud do it again . just i forgot to order lettuce with the big shop so left it off
