Man you are salty after that game yesterday. Without Peyton Manning, the Broncos would still be a borderline wildcard team, but is it really surprising that bringing in one of the best of all time would have a dramatic positive effect on the team's chances? I feel like you're complaining just for the sake of complaining. If he had come in for one year before retiring, maybe you would have a point. The Broncos are one of the deeper teams in the league. They haven't mortgaged their future as badly as cheese sandwich has been representing.

Plus it doesnt matter because he is fundamentally misrepresenting or misunderstanding how rosters work and the very act of winning (plus the eventuality of your elite qb retiring) dims your future significantly.

I think the cowboys are gonna run demarco murray straight onto IR

Pun intended?
Frankly Rex should just quit if they don't immediately fire him after the season. He would be MUCH better suited as a defensive coordinator. He may not be as happy, but even he must realize at this point that all the bullshit that comes with being HC isn't worth the hassle. If he wants to ever win, he switches teams and jobs.
Also, it's shocking how dumb Geno Smith is. We knew he was immature after his little showing at the draft 2 years ago (which popped up again on the sideline this game). But going to a movie late at night before a massive game with your career as a starting QB on the line and then being late to a meeting because you couldn't add (assuming this isn't a lie, which it probably is)?
If he can't read a watch then how can he read a defense? The fact this dude is running a National Football League offense is nothing short of embarrassing.

He is BEYOND fucked. Obviously this is the final nail in the coffin for him in the realm of public opinion. If verified, he is beyond toxic to the point where no team can consider even picking him up.
Having said that, that isn't even the worst of it. Reading that article it is even more apparent (and easier to prove) that he is committing fraud. Now the IRS has probable cause. If he claimed on his statements that $70,000 went to Straight From the Heart Ministries, yet the President of said company openly states they never received such money, then he is going to get audited. No doubt that isn't the only thing he lied about (these "unknown" number of recipient section don't look good either).
I'm calling it now: he is going to do considerable prison time. He thought the child abuse stuff was bad? The IRS is probably going to fuck his day up.

EDIT: Workouts schedule for tomorrow. Sorry for the confusion.

As for the legal implications, I'm no expert but I think you're right. If this is proven true, he's gone forever.

If they haven't then the Chiefs sure as hell better be on it. They cut their old kicker and signed a rookie known for his "strong leg" (who has sucked this year btw), then passed up the chance to kick a 54 yard FG and punted from the 49ers 36 instead. Andy Reid is absolutely unbelievable.

I didn't realize they waived Succop. Poor Mr. Irrelevant

He's on the Titans now. He went 3/3 against the Chiefs in the first game. The Chiefs' new kicker went 1/2 in that game. Succop got the last laugh

Can someone explain to me why the Seahawks being favored by only 7 tonight ISN'T the side being backed by the sharps? This looks like a slam dunk to me.

The only way I could see him going to prison for tax issues is if he doesn't have the reserve cash to pay off what he owes plus some fines.
No one wins if he gets kicked out of the NFL for good. Well except the people who don't care about the NFL or the $ only the 'law'. I guess it would be a win for them.

Alright you've convinced me.

What a funny switcheroo. Cowboys like refused to run even on first down for a decade and now after seeing running can actually work they are basically over doing it, at least when it comes to their RB's health. DeMarco cannot keep getting 40 touches a game without falling apart sooner rather than later.

Its in Washington. Basically, this line is the equivalent of a 13/14 pt spread if the game was in Seattle.

Minnesota wins if they can somehow get his money off their cap. He's a 30 year old running back on a toxic contract.

It's 2014. He's a third round running back running behind three first rounders on their OL. He's the most replaceable part of the running game.

I guess I thought there would be more dead money, and didn't realize he was 30. Hope he invested some of that money...

My Torts professor does our homework for us on the day after the Jets lose and the Patriots win, so Rex Ryan better stay head coach through this season and the Pat's better keep playing like they did on Sunday night.
