You don't see the problem here? Weird I remember the same injury argument with Forte the past 2 seasons. That's irrelevent neither is currently injured. The problem I see here is you're willing to start a RB because of his name and draft status instead of what the fact he's playing against a good run stopping defense and has been playing worse than someone who went in the 15th. its your team, set your lineup the way you want. But be aware that week 3 is far too early to be benching your 1st rounder for a guy you got in the 15th round, regardless of the matchup for either player.
Now if we get into weeks 5-6 and Forte is still underperforming and Bradshaw is still doing well, than go ahead and make the switch. But week 3 is just too early for that.

... Why do I never get in leagues where people want to trade Forte.

This started as an argument to start Bradshaw vs the JAGUARS, not replace him on the depth chart. I was correct in my assessment, I pointed it out and all of a sudden every feels like I'm advocating benching him for the entirety of the season. No, Bradshaw is playing better overall and was in a favorable match up. You play the hot hand. Why? Because you're either playing a hot RB vs the Jags or playing a good RB vs a stingy NYJ Rushing Defense.
Forte isn't even under performing fantasy wise. in my PPR league he's doing just fine. Bradshaw is just performing better.

Normal scoring, 3WR, 2RB,WRT how's this trade? I give AJ Green and D. Williams and get Shady and one of Cooks, K. Davis, or Richardson. I have DT, Garcon, Wheaton, Welker, Thomas, McFadden,
|
Deangelo Williams? Hell yeah man I would do that in a heartbeat for shady and either cooks or Davis. Not looking good for richardson
|
Yeah I'm just trying to decide between the two. Kniles won't see the field unless injury imo but having a possibly viable back up rb when there are none on waivers might be worth more than a big hit or miss wr on my bench

Why are you fleecing people Hawk?

haha it ended up being AJ, Dwill, and Cam for Mccoy, Crowell, and Kaep. I think I still made out prety well.

Ugh dunno who to start this week. I have too many WRs.
Pick three out of: Edelmann, Keenan Allen vs. Jax, DJax vs NYG, Steve Smith vs. Carolina.
Normally I would probably bench Allen but it's Jacksonville at home. I think he'll finally perform this week, especially since our backfield is in tatters.
I really want to start Steve Smith since it's a revenge match against his old team, but dunno who to sit between Edelmann and DJax... both have good matchups.
rawr.

I'd sit Edelman until I see Brady isn't blegh. I like Cousins this week on the short week. Should benefit him and his receivers. Wish I owned Steve Smith this week.

I laughed at that. It's longer than Ray Rice's initial suspension.

Ugh, three weeks without Friday columns and Guess the Lines with Cousin Sal. Though when I was listening at the time, I felt he was going in a bit hard basically on here say.
Then again, this is a company who just made up stuff in the Ray Rice story they ran on their website and then changed the article in over a dozen places without commenting that they did it. I hate hypocrisy.
Didn't Simmons say on the Podcast that if anyone came after him for what he said that he was going to let the skeletons out of the closet or something?
Ah, found it:
“Goodell, if he didn’t know what was on that tape, he’s a liar,” Simmons said Monday on his podcast, via Mediaite.com. “I’m just saying it. He is lying. I think that dude is lying. If you put him up on a lie detector test that guy would fail. For all these people to pretend they didn’t know is such f–king bullsh-t. It really is. It’s such f–king bullsh-t. And for him to go in that press conference and pretend otherwise, I was so insulted. I really was.” “I really hope somebody calls me or emails me and says I’m in trouble for anything I say about Roger Goodell,” Simmons said. “Because if one person says that to me, I’m going public. You leave me alone. The Commissioner’s a liar and I get to talk about that on my podcast. . . . Please, call me and say I’m in trouble. I dare you.”
