I have had friend use the belt who are as big as a 36 or 38" waist with no issues. IDK what those reviewers are talking about - they must be the sterotypical overweight powerlifter who can't see his toes because in my experience the belt runs big if anything. | ||

Well, my body is just a little bit more extreme in that regard I guess. Just makes it hard sometimes to have a conclusive idea about your "real" weight. | ||

I kinda figured it's normal to swing that much when you're trying to change your body composition since it's not used to being in that state. | ||
