Yesterday: Jerk Practice (shoulder hurt like hell) FS: 115kgx3x5 (PR) Snatch Practice (shoulder getting better, flexibility aswell, I'm close to snatching with parallel feet chinese style) Squat: 170kgx3x5 (PR, decaf style) Won't comment on the shirt, because of shipping I wouldn't really get it. Legs aren't sore anymore and I've got so familiar with mobility in general than whenever ANYTHING feels slightly tight or out of place I can pop it back into place/massage/etc and remove discomfort instantly.

Last thing I'll go do is sit in the bottom of a squat with a resistance band around my hips/ass and get into a really deep squat. It actually burns like hell in the front of my ankles (the tendons/connective tissue that let me go into full dorsal flexion get really exhausted), but it helps a lot with the bottom position of my squat. Also, the first design is pretty badass. As long as the shirt isn't a fortune, I'll definitely get it.

I'd be willing to go $5 past what I said if it's a decent shirt, but if it's just a regular cheap cotton shirt try to keep it below $20. The best kind of cotton shirts are the ones that are thin (TL actually has pretty nice shirts if you want a reference, so does Rogue Fitness actually).
