C&J up to 85kg

I'm really having trouble with the jerk. Specifically I think I'm not getting below the bar fast enough, I end up too straight up and in a wobbly position. Its obvious I'm doing something bad cause my shoulders are always pumped up.

Video? Jerk is surprisingly technical lift. And my favorite. Was feeling slow in the gym today so i just fucked around and worked up to a 145kg clean and squat jerk :D Maybe i'll go for a PR in the 150-160 range if i'm feeling good later this week. And then you'll see me and dimsum at national meets switching back and forth between jerks ^_^

So i decided last week that i wanted to start bulking. I've lost like 30 pounds and then only traded fat for muscle for a while.
I calculated my Total Daily Energy Expenditure + activity level so my goal is to eat about 3000 calories a day. 20% fat, 20% protein , 60% carbs
Its evening now and i sit at 1500 calories for today. And im not hungry. I cant shove enough food down my throat. If i drink two protein shakes a day i can reach the goal for protein per day, but im already sick of it.
It would probably be easy to go to mc donalds and get the calories in but then i would eat probably too much fat and carbs and not enough protein..
dunno. eating lots of protein makes you feel really full. Any advice?

Eat frequent smaller meals, I find it much easier to get more calories in that way. Have easy quick foods you can grab and snack on when you get time, like bananas, peanuts, milk, granola bars, just anything to keep eating through the day.

I want a headcount on who really wants a TLHF shirt. We have dragged this out too long. Also need a design that everyone agrees on. Was the pictures in a previous thread? I cant remember

As long as it's not like greater than $20 I'm in. Just don't want to spend a crazy amount for a shirt. I'm not sure how realistic my expectation is but I want a shirt.

Yeah, as long as it's not pure shit and as long as it's not too expensive (I'd say $25 is about as much as I'd be willing to spend), I'd definitely get one.

Yeah I am going to look for a good price. What do you want in the material of the shirt? We also need to have the logo approved by teamliquid right?

I would PM Zatic if I were you DimSum, and see if he could talk to Nazgul and allow us to do that. Also, I'm a big fan of nice cotton shirts (not too thick though, preferably on the lighter side) and they tend to be cheaper than other materials.

No one does that ...
The WR for 5000m is hold by Bekele in 12min35 that is 23.7km/h one mile in 4 min is 24.15km/h
Edit : Well 1500m WR is 3min26 so I guess It can be done but still

I feel like just the logo and the name is too anonymous. At very least the horse ought to have some rippling, vein-ridden traps.

but the second picture is just kinda.... idk, goofy. The first one I would wear in public (or at least to the gym) but the second one I don't think I would buy because I wouldn't ever wear it.
Are we looking at that as a large image that takes up most of the chest, or maybe as a badge type thing over the pec, or even on the sleeve?
I wouldn't mind any of the three, maybe with a pic of a loaded barbell and a quote on the back, but I don't know that we really have a phrase common enough & short enough to fit the job. We don't have anything like Chaos&Pain's "Most Hated" or Misc's "U aware?" I suppose all of TL has "hurting eSports" but... I don't really use that part of this forum anymore tbh =p. Anyone have ideas?
