Ricciardo seems to be smashing Vettel too, I don't mind admitting I didn't see that coming. Looking forward to the race!

Zere lost his passion, so we have nobody to make the thread anymore ): I might do it eventually if nobody is up to the task. Might be too late though, and just better to rename the thread to 2014.

Fun and games behind the scenes at RB tonight I think. He must be so mad. Bad strategy walks him right into the Alonso undercut losing him the place without getting a tyre life advantage. Trying to pass Alonso ruins the middle stint. They tell him to let Ricciardo pass because he's on a three stop strategy and then as soon as he passes they switch him onto a two stop. Yikes. Also, the part where he tried to come back at Rosberg and was right under his wing coming out of the last corner. Rosberg came off the corner extremely poorly, sliding the car heavily. Vettel got a huge tow as well as DRS and couldn't even pull out, let alone pass. Renault power, yo.

I wonder how Bernie will try and blame RB when this year's ratings tank.

F1 is terrible when Vettel wins half the season's races. When it's Button or Hamilton it's awesome and a great sport. It doesn't matter that one car is dominant, because there's a British driver winning so it's all awesome and great and superb and the best thing ever. Also TV coverage from FOM continutes to be abysmal. Apparently Kobayashi overtook Bianchi eventually, but they didn't show any of their 5 or so lap battle towards the end of the race, because who cares about that when you can show cars not near each other instead.

I'm a Lewis fan duh I want Lewis to win, i probably prefer Alonso over Button because Hamilton and Alonso are the best two drivers imo.

Jenson dominated for 6 races, Lewis has for three now. Seb dominated for 4 years, Schumacher even longer, hardly the same thing. Both of those guys had clear #2's also. I am a Lewis fan but would want more competition than he currently has.

In other news, * Sebastian can probably be proud of himself for stopping Daniel from mounting a proper challenge against Alonso. * Hulkenberg was the best of the rest * Kvyat still beat Vergne and managed to score a point * McLarens still in the doldrums * Race ended on 54 so Kobayashi technically passed Bianchi after the race
