There is a hiccup on the language of the trade and there is a chance that Tebow may go to ST.LOUIS instead of New York!!!
With Bradford there, tebow def won't be seeing playing time.

And myself and the rest of Jags nation may very well riot after Khan promised to keep the Jags in Jacksonville as he bought the team. Wayne Weaver wouldn'tve sold the team to Kahn if he didn't confirm ahead of time that he wasn't going to move the team. He had actually panned on selling the team several years ago, but was waiting for the right person. I'm glad i got to be at the last game versus the Colts when they put him and his wife in the Pride of the Jaguars. On the Tebow topic, Tebow wouldn'tve been able to save the franchise by any means. The only people that would've bought tickets just to see Tebow would be fairweather fans that would be out for Gabbert's head day 1, even though he hasn't really gotten a chance with a good set of recievers yet. Picking up Laurent Robinson will help, and hopefully Gene will trade back in the draft for some more picks and get another good WR or a DE. I think Gabbert will mature a lot this year once he gets time to work with his recievers and work with the QB coach.

And the people that would've bought tickets just to see Tebow are just Gator fans that expect the same success that the University generally has year in and year out, which is impossible in the NFL. (On a side note, I think the main problem with the Jaguars selling tickets is ticket prices. Other places with newer stadiums (ex. Houston and Arizona) both have cheaper tickets for most sections, including the cheap seats being 10 or 20 bucks less than Jaguars cheap seats which are like $55 for a single game ticket. I paid half as much to see the Jaguars play the Panthers in Charlotte as i did to see the Jaguars play the Colts in Jacksonville this season. With as big as our stadium is compared to the market size, making a profit off selling 9 dollar beer and such seems plausible even with cheaper tickets.)

The Jags didn't black out last year due to a nice a couple nice little loopholes: 1. The NFL let major sponsors buy up the teams tickets for pennies on the dollar (~$0.30 per ticket). 2. They tarped over ~10K seats as well during the season to reduce the seating capacity of the stadium. If it wasnt for these little loopholes the Jags probably would have returned back to their 2009 numbers (7 of 8 home games blacked out). The Jags could use Tebow, even if he only boosts sales for 1 season for them. Also this: http://espn.go.com/new-york/nfl/story/_/id/7718133/tim-tebow-trade-hits-snag-contract-language-source-says The Tebow trade has hit a snag. So Tebow may not be heading to the Jets quite yet.

So Tebow may not be heading to the Jets quite yet. The seats have had tarps on them since like 2006. Former tackle Tony Bosselli runs a program called Team Teal where season ticket holders can volunteer to go around and sell tickets around the community. And if Tebow came and boosted sales for one season, then what? The bottom line is winning sells tickets more than anything else. Really, they should've built the stadium smaller in the first place like soldier field size since the market is smaller. There are, in fact enough people in the area to fill the stadium, as they used to frequently back in the 90's. I have a feeling that with the combined efforts of the football operations people to put a good team on the field, the new president (former president of metlife stadium) bringing a better stadium atmosphere, and the team and fans working together to sell more season tickets, the Jaguars can turn it around.

Does he not remember what that Jets locker room said about him before they fell down and let him score that game winning TD? And as we already saw today, some of them don't even 'want' him.

Thus, Tebow has a chance to write a fairy tale story that the NFL has not seen for decades! To rise to fame in Denver and then to have it all taken away in an instant by one of history's best QBs. Moved to the Jets and forced in a 2nd spot, but the fans call him and he delivers. Showdown on Sunday Night against Peyton Manning and the Broncos.....winning.....espn explodes. In your face john elway.
