The one we did today was, 25 pushups, 25 supine bicycles, repeat pushups, 25 sit ups, pushups, 25 2 second crunches, 25 pushups and 1 minute plank. Did that routine twice, but we completed it in less then 30 minutes without reaching muscle failure (some of us).
The goal for us next time is to put in some other workout for pushups in between ab workouts.
The workout you're planning is for 5-6 very physically fit army soldiers, so feel free to make some brutal workouts.
edit: Also we workout in a fully equipped gym, but the workout is more focused for working out without weights.
try crossfit's WOD, they are great for gpp. There is tons of variety.
YEAHHH BUDDAY! 3 weeks into lifting and I think I'm pretty successful =D. Been on my own routine focusing on strength. I hit the PR of 255 on deadlift today, at 145 lbs, 15 years old!
here is 245
then I felt like I should be a boss and add 10 more pounds,

Because I've only dead lifted like 2-3 times.
I've also heard the best way to get your DL numbers up is to 1 rep max every time you train DL, and your numbers will sky rocket as a novice. Thought I might as well try that method of training.

Novices need something like 5-6 reps per set. Keep the 1RMs for later.

I would advise that once you have a routine that's working for you, stick by it for a while instead of jumping around too much. The programs are designed a certain way for a reason, and it's best to trust them.
Regarding 24 hour fitness prices: do you guys think $200 for 3 months is a good deal? I'll be able to use the weight room at my school from January through May next year.

Just finished the first day of SS in my new gym. Squat 50kg 3x5 Press 20kg 3x5 Deadlift 110kg 1x5 Chin-up 4-4-4
Squats were pretty easy but I have a lot to work on on my form. My shoulder felt ok on the press so I'll try increasing by 5kg until I get back to where I was. Deadlift took some getting used to because the collars they have are pretty loose, so the plates shift around alot while picking up/putting down the bar. It's great to finally have access to a power rack though :D.

fyi, regular SS program doesn't have chinups, and the variations that do have chinups they are not on the same day as deadlifts (for good reason)

Ah I should probably switch those to the other day then. Good point thanks .
Man, my lifts yesterday went strangely. My squats were fucking awesome. In fact I feel like I'm exploding the bar upward with a lot of force. After struggling through 185-200 range the 205 and 210 have come easy so far. Other than that though my lifts sucked. I hadn't benched or DLed in more than a week so I took it easy.
Fucking deadlift was pretty horrible actually. I did start using hook grip which helped me hold onto the bar so that's good. But other than that I really struggled.
Afterwards I went to a party that I can only describe as one of the most randomly awesome yet bizarre things to ever happen to me. To make a long story short; I wore a Zerg t-shirt because it was a backyard bbq with a lot of friends and a ton of them play SC haha. Anyway there's a ton of people there and I somehow end up in a conversation with this girl about StarCraft for like an hour.
I'm paraphrasing but I think the conversation went something like this... Her - "So you play Zerg too?" Me - "Marry me."
