1) Now on full GOMAD. gained another 3 pounds this week, with no milk at all. And I'm starting full GOMAD This week. Well, to my mom "some whole milk" but since I'm buying it ... 2) Bought membership at local gym. I had to pay 100 bucks enrollment, but it's only $9/month. It has all the weight equipment I need with no frills. Paint is peeling off the walls, but equipment is nice enough. Plus it makes me feel good because you go in there and half the people are obese. But there is a legitimate clientelle of people who do lifting. Heck, they even have bumper plates >.> 3) What the shit? When going to said gym in an area where you can't ride your bike I had 3 12 year olds ask me why I wasn't riding. I said there was a festival going on and there were cops swarming (I've been stopped when riding there before)... and they all started laughing at me. Sort of depressing being so short and young looking...

At the fitness 19 I went to there were tons of hot girls doing cardio and all the guys lifting weights looked pretty muscular and fit. Guess I had the opposite experience.

So anyone with money goes to the 24 hour which is a block away :/ Then again I was only there once and there were only 10 people. Might be wrong.

I'm about three weeks out from the wedding so I've been on my cutting diet for about 8 weeks now and am down about 12 pounds. Here's a picture I had about the time I began cutting at about 190lbs + Show Spoiler + ![]() Here's the updated picture at about 177-178lbs + Show Spoiler + ![]() I'm pretty happy with the progress I've made as cutting absolutely sucks for me. My body has a much tighter look and the striations in my muscles are clearly more defined than they were when I started. Lifts are down as expected, but not as much as I thought they would drop. I was planning on continuing this diet until the wedding but I can't take it anymore. I am way too hungry all the time and incredibly irritable to the point where my fiance is really getting pissed at me haha. Just going to go into cruise control right now, school is over for the semester so I'll be getting good nights of sleep and try keep my calories under control while doing some maintenance in the gym until the wedding. Just wanted to say how awesome this thread was in keeping me on track with my goals. Normally when I try to cut I just end up not having the will power to say no to some fatty greasy amazingly awesome food when I go out, but seeing how everyone here is trying hard to achieve there goals made me more determined to stay on track than in the past. Question - When is the forum tournament taking place?
