Primezzang (http://primezzang.net), run by SC2 pro-team PRIME, is back from a major renovation of their homepage. The site looks renewed and upgraded.
Primezzang has received a lot of attention from many of global fans introducing their F/W uniform. Now, with this renewal, they release a new uniform for spring. In addition, a variety of spring items and products of TteSports, a sponsor of PRIME, are available.
Primezzang is planning to sell goods in no-margin policy so that many people can purchase good clothing cheaply. Gerrard, the coach, announced. “We are here thanks to many fans who love Primezzang. As the reward of this love, Primezzang is going to act no-margin policy considering the minimum cost for production and supply only, so that more people can use Primezzang. In addition, through Primezzang TV which is newly opened, we will promote our products directly and arrange different events we can interact with global fans. We will keep doing our best to be better with our fans.”
Holy shit, this was totally worth the downtime. Freakin nice job imma try to buy something soon! perhaps the jacket once another paycheck comes in or something...
I just bought like 200 bucks worth... Hopefully it'll be worth it. But I really need Korean clothes so :3 Their stuff is cheap enough that the shipping kind of offsets it.
Got a sweet sweet hoodie from Primezzang a month or so back, came really quickly and fit very well, and best of all, got a couple autographs along with it. When the site was only in Korean I got a couple error messages but the English version worked just fine. It's too bad that shipping is so expensive, but that's a given considering where it's coming from, and the prices are pretty low. Thumbs up! ^_^
Just tried to place an order for the uniform hoodie and the site appears to want to charge me $40 shipping to the U.S, despite it saying free shipping by the order. Not really familiar with shipping rates from S. Korea; is that normal or some sort of glitch?
Not sure why they are trying to be a clothing outlet...I think it's a losing endeavor. They should have focused on improving their uniforms / jersey's and selling team-oriented gear. You don't see the Tampa Rays trying to sell you denim jeans, eh? Why no hats? Why no sweet jersey's like the old KTF? No Pennants, Flags, Throws, Pillows, T-shirts, etc.
I think there is so much potential for teams to sustain themselves with a good store lineup. Prime is very disappointing for the potential that is there...
I'd pay something like 125-150$ to get a sweet replica with patches that look something like that and is made of good materials like say, a replica Baseball Jersey.
I'm getting another uniform (hoodie + sweatpants), but I'd love some team jerseys too, and maybe some other hats/team supporting things, like the other guy mentioned. I love the store tho.

I'm pretty sure the reason why they're selling "normal" clothes is that because zzang used to be a standalone shop before they merged with Prime, and when they did they started making the Prime uniforms while Prime players would model for them (such as MKP). Thats why I think that they are selling that other stuff instead of focusing just on Prime related products.

International shipping is extremely expensive. This is about right. Does it say what courier they're using?

I didn't notice the courier, but then again the site wasn't directly telling me what the $40 charge was for. I guess I will just have to buy more stuff to make the shipping worth it :D
This new uniform is fcking sick !!!!!!!!! I wish foreginer teams had some quality clothing. Not simple shirts like the teamliquid one which looks especially cheap and unprofessional.

they use EMS and yes, shipping EMS for only 2 books also costed me around 55.000 KRW

you just sound like an angry Brood War nerd that's mad at the kind of exposure SC2 is getting
When teams lose their sponsers, they stop disband with their heads down. When prime loses its sponsers, it makes its own dam clothing line, owns face at IPL TAC and wins Winter Arena. GG
If so, how much was shipping, how long did it take to ship, how was the sizing compared to American sizing, how is the quality of the clothing, and on a scale of 1-10, how happy are you with your order?
I'm buying stuff and getting it sent to Canada so I'll let you all know how long it takes and if I ever get it (still waiting almost a year for my shit from SC Mecca [ie. its not coming, fck SC Mecca]). Hopefully my $143 CDN doesn't disappear into thin air cause damn those are some sexy pants.
Ordered just 6 days ago and my order came today (to Seattle)! One of the things I ordered was sold out but they emailed me soon after my order asking if I wanted a refund or replacement, I choose a refund and they quickly refunded the price for that item, great service.
Shipping isn't "broken" it just costs a lot to ship across the ocean... I guess it is incorrect that it does not show up until the end, but it is just the difference between the cost of the clothes and grand total. For me it was ~$40 to US. IMO the shipping price is offset by the price of the clothes. I bought a bunch of their $17 button down shirts which would be $30-$40 if they were sold here, I like the quality. If you buy like 3 things you break even for what you would pay here, if you buy more it's a bargain.
I'm 6` ~160lbs. and got everything in XL, they fit great. It can be tough finding shirts in the US that are long enough but not for fat people (unless you're buying from an expensive place). It seems with Korean clothes I can get larger sizes and still have them be thin in the waist which is better for me.
Also appreciate signed MKP photo! It fits perfectly in front of a framed picture of my gf and her friend. Thanks Primezzang!
Wow, my clothes only took just over a week to get here! Like castled said, I also got an email asking for refund or replacement, and they sent my replacement item. The parcel arrived this morning and required a signature. I'm 5'8 and 135 lbs and the clothes are quite roomy. However, if you're over 6' or over say, 200 lbs, the clothes might be a bit too snug on you. For my size they're quite loose but they definitely aren't of infinite capacity. These clothes were all the size "free".
The shipping is expensive but considering that the pants were 20$ each and uniquely styled, its definitely worth it.
I'm interested in buying some shirts from primezzang, what size would you guys recommend for someone who is 6' 145 lbs? I'm thinking I should go with XL, as I'd rather buy clothes that are too big over clothes that are too small.
The sizes fit small compared to US sizes, but different articles of clothing are sized differently on their website (I would wear M for a jacket, L for t-shirt, XL for a button shirt, and 2XL for their uniform).
Shipping is high but not crazy if you do a bulk order with friends
