The highest APoC for wizards on new gear is like 3-4 I think.
And here I am, sitting with my 30 APoC and -meteor cost gear.

Also, what's the difference between difficulties now? What is good farming area?

I'm pretty excited for Persona Q. Thinking about getting SMT4, but will probably get Bravely Default instead.

Also, what's the difference between difficulties now? What is good farming area? I have no clue. I just jumped on again yesterday late night. The gear drops are now significantly better, though they nerfed a number of secondary stats. For Wizard for instance, the removal of heavy APoC makes heavy Arcane Power builds obsolete with new gear (you can't sustain the same kind of massive resource expenditures pre 2.0.1 builds demanded), and the removal of CM invalidates the once incredibly popular (and powerful) WW/CM melee facetank/permafreeze wizard, since Wizard can't lower CDs on crits anymore. It also makes kiting weaker, given higher CDs on Wizards' defensive spells like teleport.
That being said, I might just switch over gear just because of the sheer amount of raw stats on new gear, and items like the new Cindercoat would make my meteor build work out significantly better (up to -30% resource cost reduction on fire spells (aka -12 cost? holy sh-), but insofar, I like being able to infinite meteor. Can't archon tho, or WW/CM (though I never did that anyways: my fingers would've hated me).
On new difficulties:
Torment is basically inferno with the MP adjusted changes, I think? Torment I is equivalent to...MP 3 or something? It's hard to tell, and been awhile. Stopped playing at all after hellfire rings came into the game.
I've been farming Torment I at a fairly decent pace, but I'm decently geared.
EDIT: Traditionally, Act 3 has always been the goto place to farm, but they said they re-balanced mob densities so...yeah.

The only SMT game I've tried is one of the Devil Survivor games but I didn't really like it since I hate Tactics games. The story was really cool though.

I liked what I played of Devil Survivor and quickly remembered I was trash at tactics games and quit after a couple hours.

My DH is still really well geared though. How good are the classes over all? Is monk actually decent yet?

Monks and melee classes have been decent for awhile. Ever since they finally changed inferno to not oneshot everyone except Wizards (because force armor yey, but that was nerfed twice, boo), the 30% innate DR to Barbarian and Monk make them perty good.
Barbarians were op for a while, not sure if still are.
I'm still digesting wizard changes after a long hiatus, can't comment on other classes.

I also like that one video where they fight the final boss in Persona 3 and towards the end, Yukari gets Charmed and casts Diarahan on the boss.

Uhg that final boss fight was pretty bad. Although it would be better on the PSP version where you have direct control over your team.

Monks are pretty solid. I roll with a modified backlash dodge build and it works just fine. Dashing strike is now super good thanks to the no cost but charges on it and the only reason I can't do torment 1 quickly is because my monk is facetank siegebreaker tough but has no damage yet. Barb pre 2.0 was stupid faceroll if whirlwind but my friend who barbs moved on to some sort of crazy hurl giant boulder for 3-6 mil damage. We call it the DnD build because rocks fall and everyone dies.
Been trying to figure out my demonhunter but I am still struggling to find something I enjoy. I don't like any of the hatred generators..

It's generally best to dump all your main char's stat points into Magic, and just blow through enemies with Dances and Ma- spells. The only grinding you should do is checking the free battles for new skills to crack. Look for demons with focused stats - having 20 Str and 2 Magic, or 20 Magic and 2 Str, is way better than 11 and 11. Tactically speaking, set up your skills pre-battle to cover important resists and let you hit their weaknesses. Also, some demon families have much better racial skills than others - Deities' Awakening is really bonkers with a magic-spamming char, and Angels' Blood Wine or Tyrants' Tyranny will keep your MP high enough to spam powerful spells. Dragons and Viles have Evil Flow and Evil Wave, respectively, which are both really frightening when coupled with glass cannon players (or characters). Kishins have Double Up, which lets you attack twice on your turn. Double Up/Evil Flow is a really stupid combination. There aren't many Kishins (Ubelluris at level 14, Nalagiri at level 26, and then 16 levels until Mikazuchi at 42), but they're so good that you don't need to upgrade.
If you want some real huehue in DS1, dump all your stats into Strength and get a Dragon or Vile teammate. Make sure you grab Phys Boost, Berserk, Mow Down, and later Phys Amp and Pierce. Mow Down will wipe out most chump teams of enemies, and Berserk destroys singles. You can actually 2-shot bosses like this. Only problem is, you can't do anything to Phys Repel enemies until you get Holy Strike (postgame), which makes the Rangdas on Day 6/7 awful.

Only the latter broke your fingers, had stringent gear requirements (needed to hit expensive and critical AS and Crit breakpoints, as well as enough tank/resist stats to survive), and still farmed slower than whirlwind barbs.
