New inhouse logistics TBD. In the meantime, feel free to hang out in the league general discord https://discord.gg/0lCEKA3jUEFxERzd ("add lol" in #welcome) and get some ad-hoc games going!

That's not to say permanent teams but rather we can actually pick a team that has one of each role in it instead of the current method of first to join the lobby which often results in people not playing the role they actually play. I don't really have much faith in ability to properly organize something like this though. A few people would have to step and actually dedicate their time and effort to it (since it goes beyond just saying tl1/1 and "lol teams are balanced (jk jk) go go")... I'm certainly not the one to do that since I've only shown up a handful of times, don't really communicate very well, and don't have the time to spare consistently...... some publicly accessible information might be useful, like a google spreadsheet of people's preferred roles and skill level so that anyone can properly balance teams instead of just the few people in the know.

Also not sure how well the channel name for a day thing is really working out, it might be better to go back to specific times and perhaps not every day, to give it more focused time slots. But now that the end of season grind is over, this particular point may be null and void.

This would work all well and good, but there's not enough of us dedicated supports to make it work. Especially higher level supports, as I think the other dedicated supports are silver-gold range (and of course myself being bronze). Others can definitely do it, but their skill level decreases moderately when playing support over their other roles (2sang pls).

I wouldn't be surprised if a few plat+ players play support as their 2nd/3rd role, not ideal but it's definitely do-able.

Really? Because I found myself not getting to play support in quite a few of my games. (I main support, though to be honest I probably wasn't properly communicating that fact, like I mentioned I'm bad at communicating) (But yeah, I'm only gold so...)

Also I think it's far easier to move from being "top solo queue player" -> "top team player" rather than the reverse (IE: Faker).

well lets be real here these in houses can help someone go from gold 5 to plat 3 but they're not gonna help anyone go from diamond 3 to challenger promo to lcs recruit

solo q and team play abilities are strongly correlated and there's no magical "good team player but bad at solo q" but thats no reason to completely disregard the team aspect of it, and if we have voice chat, why wouldnt we encourage people to use it...?

I WANT FROM GOLD5 TO DIA3 PROMO THIS SEASON, DONT RAIN ON MY LCS DREAMS.

but in all seriousness I stopped playing in the TL inhouses because I could only rarely get top lane and have little interest in adc/support/mid anymore. If people wanted to start up proper role picking I'd be down for sure. I'd love to learn and expand some picks beyond trynd/nasus/shen/jax.

Blue team struggled early due to generally weak lanes. Blue forced teamfights and pulled out a lengthy comeback. Pretty interesting game, worth a watch.

Purple teamfight execution was messy, but we talked about that in TS.

Tryndamere got huge, split push, blah blah blah. tis got yelled at in team select for picking Nami. He picked Janna. Got yelled at even more. Milo 1 kill, big feeder.

I actually remember some details about this game. In no particular order: tis got yelled at for picking Vi. Some mumbo jumbo about her "knocking people out of Rumble AoE." tis picks Maokai. Gets yelled at even more. Pls, Maokai is a god.

Nocturne used his ult almost exclusively on top lane in the early-mid game. I'm not sure that this was the lane that should have been focused. Took a lot of HP/time from both Garen and Noc to bring Rumble down, and no real advantage was ever established despite the constant ganks.

It shouldn't have been difficult at ALL to get top lane simply by requesting it... Especially if you aren't already plat+

Amen. I'm the worst support NA, but probably one of the better bronzes. I have a 100% winrate vs Roffles in lane though, something that I have hanging on my wall right next to my middle school diploma.
