You don't need to be any more than one division better than the other players on your team to carry the game in the majority of cases. Say you were playing football/soccer and one of your central defenders was having a bad game. You try and cover for him. You expect his mistakes and position yourself to step in and win the ball back, you don't let the attacker run through the middle and score again. If you're an attacker, you can't simply shoot and expect to score from wherever you originally get the ball... You have to support your team-mates. Pass the ball to them, then offer an option to get it back. You work with your team, not against or just alongside them. Simply put, carrying the game by yourself is not the best way to go about it. When you win your lane, and an enemy wins their lane, you have to think about what that winning enemy did to effect the game and end up winning. You make mistakes in your games. They may not be at the beginning of the laning phase, as those of your team-mates, but they are still present. When you lose, learn from it, when you win, learn from it. | ||

The funniest part is that these are supposed to be people around my skill level. My normal ranked games don't have all 4 teammates that aren't mid @ <100 cs at 30 minutes. | ||

The only way I've found to win lately is to play a really dumb champion who can snowball incredibly hard and pretty much win the game by himself early (tryndamere, jax, lee sin, riven, etc). It's a really gay way to play and I hate doing it, but the only games I have won lately have been by doing this, and in all of those games, it was close, you know? I was snowballing out of control but they were still hanging on because the rest of my team would do stupid stuff. I'm not saying I'm immune to doing poorly or maknig bad decisions by any means (I have thrown a fair few games by doing a bad play), but it doesn't seem fair that I go 5w/25l when I'm playing well in more than 3/4 of my games. Honestly I love the game, but it's just not fun when you lose a game just because some guy trolls/afks/won't communicate, and thats almost 100% of my games lately | ||

So I'm playing Shen, did very well early so I got top turret and 4 kills, then I ult mid, get a 4 for 0 and get both mid turrets. At that moment I said I'd go splitpush bot, because those turrets where still up. THEN FUCKING VARUS SHOWS UP RIGHT NEXT TO ME WTF WTF WTF AKA FREE BARON FOR OTHER TEAM Then our Jarvan continues to do some of the most stupid ults/engages I've ever seen (he also constantly missed QE combos), and that, combined with Varus constantly getting grabbed, cost us the game. Besides Jarvan doing blue (we were blue side) while they were two-manning Baron. EDIT: NO NO NO NO THIS GAME I end the game as 17/5/5 Corki but it doesn't matter since my teammates are 3/12, 3/13, 4/13 and 2/10. They fed the enemy Zed to 24/5. I mean, I could 1v1 the Zed but then after I did that a couple of times they decided they would just kill everyone except me and while I usually took one or two down in the process it was still a lost cause. | ||

It's fucking pathetic. I'm taking a few days to decide if I want to come back to this shit game, because hitting gold has done nothing but give me fuckers who don't care | ||
