I stopped seriously investing time into ranked past Season 6, 4 seasons of Diamond was enough to fry my brain. Game was toxic back then, but imo the new game mechanics and snowball meta has created a game where small, basic mistakes can lead to gigantic leads in the first minutes of the game, so people flame and tilt super easily. But competitive is still fun to watch.

Amui Canada10567 Posts April 19 2021 19:36 GMT #13722 Yeah ranked is a shitshow if you haven't played in a while (hello life) I'm trying to get back into SR and it's almost impossible(I'm somewhere in gold at the moment by skill). My normals MMR is like D4ish, so I basically get stomped every game. So practicing there is not going to happen. Ranked I'm like 40% winrate. And my wins are basically my team carrying me most of the time unless I play like malphite or some other brainless champ every game. Probably a few weeks of getting shit on before enough of it comes back for me to not get solo killed multiple times every game.

I have to count the sounds in the lobby. Reinstalling also did nothing. - I now get lobbies where the music and champ quotes get delayed by 10 seconds, before all starting together to give a garbled mess. - And ofc, the EUW client lag where you have to wait 10 seconds before being able to honor/skip and click post lobby buttons. I am bored, and feel the need to add more bugs that are annoying the hell out of me: - Mastery and ability numbers are broken in game: It's obvious when Alacrity says it's giving you 82% bonus AS, or Draven Q says it gives 82340 bonus AD, not so obvious when Bloodline says it's giving you 5% LS when really it's only 1.2%. - ARAM dodge bug is still around, dodged a game with 50 seconds on the timer, my team still suffered 12 minutes through a 4vs5. I don't report anyone who is AFK from the start of the game because of it.
