I get what you're saying, but Solar's position wasn't that bad. He wasn't trying to run up a ramp against a concave, for example. I guess this thing with over-dodging (and thus losing shots) is really important

HOW Go back and rewatch Rotterdam's analysis, he explains it well. You see that in part one of the fight it's only a part of Solar's army that shoots, so the advantage is negated. In part two, when Solar jumps forward, there is very little numbers advantage left, plus Serral had the carapace.

his arc was slightly smaller and a bunch of roaches on the back line were not fighting. That increased time to kill Serral's roaches which helps waiting for reinforcements to join the fight and make it closer than it should be. And yes, biles dodging was also a factor.
