They should increase its damage against air units by like +4 or something like that.
Hydras could also receive something like 7 range against air units to make it easier to snipe tier 3 shit.

I also think it's worse against liberators once you have a bigger stalker count. Because they're a lot slower at targetting libs and then blinking out.
