That's not how ladder works tho.
LoL has far more active players but I always have to wait 10-15 fucking minutes before entering a ladder match (in game I mean, not the fucking long as well lobby which can be terminated if someone decides to leave -;-). Whereas on sc2 I get a match in a minute maximum... So I'm having a far better ladder experience on sc2 than LoL. (ofc LoL is a team game, but OW is as well but the waiting time is far less, of course it's because you don't have to wait for specific roles in OW... but guess what? as a player I don't give a crap about the reasons it takes so long to find a match in LoL, it doesn't excuse the fact that it makes for a kinda shit ladder experience)
