How is PvP changed again?
I don't like the tank buff, I like the tankivac being gone since I think it breaks the whole concept of what a tank is. The Ravager change feels odd.

i don't think it'll make it funnier to play. Could be worse tbh if mech becomes viable. not top level mech is horrible to play with/against because it means tons of turtling 100% of the time.

Warp mechanic is the core mechanic of Protoss and people want it changed from WoL
Colossus was a core unit of Protoss match ups almost whole HotS(in the end PvZ was colossi-less) and whole WoL. And it was changed 
They are changing core mechanics. I am questioning why the game was released from beta so fast, I kinda feel "we need more beta testers, so we will release it so they HAVE to test these changes" decision was done.

Yeh mech would become viable overnight especially in TvT just huge slow tank liberator pushes and no one wants that.

Yeah they were changed from HotS to LotV. Terran's core gameplay was also changed from HotS to LotV with tank pickups and the need to build tanks because roach/ravager styles became so prevalent. The point is it's now being changed again 3 months after release.
