Most of the forcefield hate is coming from the game 2, though I won't say FF's won Parting that game. LosirA made a lot of poor choices.
They don't need to rework everything. But addressing bad design while retaining to essence of the race is kind of what a game designer should be doing.

Forcefields should only last like like 5 seconds, and protoss should have an upgrade to make it last 10 seconds. 15 seconds right now is far too much.
