It's called who's the best european, but as stated in the OP it's a non-korean tournament. Every foreigner can play, they just have to do so on the EU server. So Huk, Scarlett etc. can play too. | ||

We're also going to do something pretty unique, and involve non-koreans only. There will be some who disagree with this choice, but it's not done out of spite or malice, but out of celebration & excitement for the foreigners!
