No. They play an offline bo5 at blizzcon for the tiebreaker. The only time they go based on kinds of WCS points is when they both already have a spot secured. | ||

What do you mean "for whatever reason". The tiebreaker based on points in WCS system only applies if you have to determine order of seeding for two players already going to Blizzcon. | ||
