yeah, bio/mine just seems to backfire on every terran except for Flash/Innovation. Even Mvp looks more comfortable using hellbats into his main army than mines.
biomine on proscene nowadays is so tricky .. zerg just knew how to deal with them .. oh well they had a lot of fun with it
not only in the pro scene. Even in high masters zerg deal with them pretty well these days. It's going far away from the auto wins in the early HotS days to even towards favoring zerg ^^
David Kim knows best. Everyone complains on how OP widow mines are, and the guy, instead of nerfing them, gives people time to adapt.
Now no one complains about them, proving him right.
yeah, balancing around skill/maps generally works pretty well. People just aren't willing to give it enough time...

You think no one complains about widow mines? I'd love to live in your world
I wish they wouldn't do these interviews BEFORE the games. Feels like it takes the nerve out of the competition. Jesus, just let them sit in their booths and warm up instead, they can talk afterwards :/

Swedes learn korean at school
Are you being serious here?
Yeah, he is. We begin in kindergarten and study mandatory Korean all the way up through highschool. The reason is that the Swedish king foresaw the rise of eSports back in the 70's and wanted to get his nation ready in time, so he ordered the government to include mandatory Korean on the curriculum for all kids. It's pretty cool
I thought the reason was not eSports but Kpop. EU governments thought those youtube videos, featuring Kpop, were too sexy and hot for the teenagers, so they should learn Korean to understand what the lyrics really were about: love, friendship and candies.
Ah, that's not quite how it was, but the confusion is quite understandable! I believe you're thinking of our king, Carl-Gustav "Bubble Pop" Bernadotte's well-known love for K-pop. Since he himself wasn't that successful with his Korean studies, he has now and then famously misinterpreted some very innocent K-pop lyrics for raunchy descriptions of sexual behaviour. And since he's sworn to live by Korean youth culture, well, things got a little bit out of hand there a few times
Do people not realise that Zlatan Ibrohimovich's ancestors went to Korea and were the first in the lineage of Korean Kings. He is actually 17th in line for the Korean throne should they ever bring back their monarchy.

Can't wait till we see foreigner interviewees speaking Korean when playing in the GSL/OSL/Proleague.
Dude, where've you been? Ages since I've seen a post from you.

nobody reasonable complains about them. Yes there is still some shitty balance whine, but not a whole lot of serious objections put forward.
