I'm not quite sure, but the last time i checked 6/7 vs 4 base isn't "so much ahead"

Zero mistakes. Protoss just have to play so much better to win zerg.

Wouldn't say zero mistakes. Its a bit like that old "what do you do against 20 carriers". His mistake was letting Leenock take like 7 bases. It is too late at that point.

hah, that was sick when leenock maxed on mutas at the end, flew through naniwa's third, as the phoenixes are getting into position, another swarm of mutas joins the first.. gg!

Great game actually, think Naniwa could have done more regarding harassment, Zerg had a billion gas he would never be able to do that otherwise, Zerg had an amazing economy.

Yeah, because Naniwa is anywhere near Leenock's skill level.

Naniwa was ahead until he lost the phoenix, Leenok took advantage of that to make the mutas

naniwa was not "so much ahead" at any point of the game.

he was pretty much always behind after leenock took his early 4th.

Why did Naniwa refuse to get any upgrades? Having only +2 ground and air weapons 30 minutes into the game seems unnecessary.

Probably because he didn't know what upgrade to get first with Leenock switching back and forth between ultralisks and mutas.

Leenock just had too big of an economic advantage, therefore he could afford to just throw units at Naniwa.

Naniwa needed to prevent Leenock to get up to 5 bases and not get contained in his own base

Naniwa is fantastic. Leenock gets scarier every time I see him play

I guess this is kind of like WoL again, don't let the zerg get to X point of the game.

It's always been that way for any race. If you let your opponent make upgraded, ultimate compositions with structures/larva to make mass units quickly, with a huge, unharassed economy behind it, you lose.

It seems Nani played really well, but those two crucial mistakes (4 phoenixes lost for free and slowness to engage Leenock's army when he was parked outside) hurt him pretty badly.

That was like a perfect game of Starcraft. Awesome play from Leenock.
