NASL has CHOSEN not to cast the qualifiers because they don't want to cast it for free and that is their prerogative. However, you need to put down the blizzard pitchforks because they aren't preventing NASL from casting it on one of their approved channels. | ||

Or maybe there other statement is true, that blizzard does not pay non wcs casters. Point is, rotti and bitter wanted too but could not cast that event (if its blizzard or nasl-management) doesnt matter. | ||
