less lag kills them both. Mvp and MMA are seeded, so they don't have to worry about lag. They'll be playing "offline." Nope, RO32 of premier league will be online. But anyway Mvp and MMA will have to travel to Europe for the Ro32 or they will lose for sure.
If anything these qualifiers will make the cross region players think twice from where they play the groupstages. MINDGAMES!

You guys... Hes on a team not a clan and hes playing for money. It doesnt matter if he is doing it full-time or part-time. He is a pro-gamer. Are you guys serious? Whats your definition of a pro-gamer? have you read his contract?^^ Even if he doesnt get a salary he is still a pro-gamer. If salary is the definition of pro-gamer than there are bunch of Korean amateurs in GSL.
If you play in GSL you are winning money, and if you live in a team house you get a bed and you are being fed. Koreans may not get a salary, but they are being taken care of.

@NrSWelmu 1h Arghhhhhhhhhhh, lose again now in top8 vs Bunny. He played very well and vetoed both my favorite maps while I made some mistakes. GL to him!

I think a lot of them are young and like you pointed out, not receiving a salary. And even if you make it into Code A, you're not winning that much money from the GSL. It's a very top heavy prize pool (i.e. bottom light)

I don't see what their education has to do with anything? Being professional in next to any performing art/sport will require you to sack your education.

Way too hard to predict. And thats the beauty of it. The Koreans of course will again be contenders but there's still a good amount of players that could knock them off.

Looks like WCS is a success, you guys seem to enjoy it Good stuff.

Welmu in the fourth one with a Korean finally making it through the other half.
My heart choices are fraer, LiveZerg, Beasty and Welmu for the last four spots.

Pro gamer is without a doubt a questionable career move, but it doesn't change the fact that these kids are atleast breaking even while they are doing it. Besides - in the long run it won't matter if you started university 3 or 4 years late.

My wish list:
AxiR Beasty Bratok Elfi Fuzer GoOdy Welmu Swedes
Sadly there is only four spots left

Looking at the first few days Welmu, Beastyqt and Finale should be the favourites tomorrow.

Beasty and finale are my picks.
But Adelscott will make it for sure, a WCS qualifier without a Millenium to qualify is not a WCS qualifer. haha
