Plus that's how metagame balances itself. 1) Terran aggression early game too strong. 2) Protoss finds an aggressive timing of their own. 3) Terran has to prepare for that, slowing down their offensive timings. 4) Shit's balanced.

Obviously you need turrets but it will cost you 450 minerals not going to production.Also you don't know how many oracles there are.Mvp had 20 marines he was like "ok i got this,don't need turrets". Wow, you mean you have to actually make defensive buildings for heavy tech pressure? Mvp made 20 marines for a unit that ills 5 marines 1 on 1. Sounds like a bad decision.

The problem is mostly that most successful aggression in SC2 either ends with a straight up win, or significant enough damage that it may as well be a win. So "let players be aggressive" translates into "games lasting less than 10 minutes". I think it's fine for a race to have standard riskless aggressive potential - like speedivacs are right now for example, or how FD was in BW, but there should be a shift of momentum at some point, and the other race should get their time to have map control and do shit. As in, Protoss gets to do stuff at some point too in PvT, instead of defending the entire game and winning with a big push. Ditto for Zerg.

Did you see what Huk did to hold Innovation Widow Mine Rushes? Yeah, he built a Cannon in his mineral line to avoid potentially dying to something they may or may not know is coming.
Sounds okay to me if both races have to do it.
