And make the range upgrade like armor/weapon 3X +1. +1 being available at the cybernetic core and +2 and +3 only unlocked when fleet beacon is built. | ||

Range phoenix look way too good against corruptors though, that should probably be looked at as I can't imagine they're intended to beat them. | ||
