So I should take hots balance from a wol tournament? Unless I've completely missed something this tournament has no relation to wol.

Maybe It's a bit excessive. ya that's what I thought because I remember they did extra damage to marauders but figured maybe I was confusing the damage lol.
They may be too strong vs marines right now, but vs tanks they're still ineffective (tank mode). That's why almost every terran is going mech, well that and its just so strong, and roaches in midgame are not so threatening like they used to. It'll be interesting to see how the matchup evolves now with tonights patch, as zergs will be able to transition better to a more even midgame with the terran now

You can't play in both tournaments due to scheduling conflict.
Hence less zergs in HotS.
