That is why it doesn't work on OTHER maps. On this map there are small choke points so you stick planetaries there and it is ultralisk proof.
I say this from experience of both playing the map and watching many many pro games on it. a planetary will not hold off a remax of ultra ling for more than a few seconds once they reach your side of the map.

Yeah I think it was Life or Leenock I've seen hold it, they sandwiched and had LOTS more banelings (not 5 like Violet had, but like 20+). He probably could have seen it coming and had time to react if his scouting mid-map was better too.

It's stupid to say that the pros have the game completely figured out, and I haven't really heard anyones ay that. Sure enough the metagame is very stagnant, but the game is still fairly fresh. Sorta.

Completely agree, things are still being figured out in WoL and HotS is on the doorstep. I guess we're just going to have chaos until Legacy of the Void, but hey, good games!
