Underwhelming? How do you figure?
I saw close matches, upsets and good play. Are you talking surroundings?
Yeah surroundings. Maybe I took it for worse than it was because the timezone sucked. Or maybe I just get the feeling because it was overshadowed by DreamHack. Let's say it was a solid IEM, way better than the abysmal IEM New York last year.

Grubby's PvT isn't great atm and Grubby can loose to any Code * player, like allmost all foreigners
Why do people continue to belittle player's talents with the "just a Code B guy" moniker when players like YongHwa have (up till this season) been unable to advance and Code S champions like Jjakji and Seed are now in it. The fact of the matter is that while Sting hasn't been consistent enough to reach Code A, the talent threat is still there as evident by his TSL run and now IEM victory.
I'm upset Grubby lost, but major congrats to Sting.
You almost had it, Grubby! It's ok, you'll win next time. And there will be a next time cause you've become one of the best foreigners. I believe in you!
I really wish Grubby won, but it's a little sad that this tourney will likely be remembered as the one "Grubby almost / should have won" rather than the one "Sting won".
