Except Nightend is 3-3, not 3-2. Dumbass.

I still don't see how Ret wouldn't have gone through if he won 2-1.

if 3 players are tied at 2-3 and 5-7 mapscore, tiebreakers have to be played, no other way lmao

It's a 3 WAY TIE with ForGG, Nani has highest internal mapscore

Well... The saddest thing is that some people try to promote e-sports as a legitimate sport and some others act so unprofessional and selfish that it's like all this work is going to waste... Sad...

Doesn't matter - he shouldn't pause the game to find out.

Did he pause the game? That's fucking ridiculous. I only had sound on at that point and thought he asked in the lobby, which I thought was ridiculous as well.

Didn't Ret just do this because he found out the match was meaningless for both him AND Nightend? I don't think he would do it to stop Naniwa., that would be stupid.

I have a suspicion that this was the case.

As many people tried to explain during the shitstorm, this is definitly the case. Naniwa was sure to advance since Night won one map. Ret knew that of course or he would never do that. So it's the same as Nani's probe rush, since it did not affect another player, just that ret did it with more style .

I think it's embarrassing for a progamer to do things like this in front of an audience ! If I would play there I would play ALWAYS my best even tho it doesn't count.

So, to me it seems Ret is really throwing the game. That is very unprofessional, VERY disappointing. After Hero supposedly donating map 2 against Ret yesterday, TL really has some work cut out for them to become more professional
Sad, just sad.

i doubt hero gave that map to ret.

Watch the game, see an immortal timing with 5 units and minutes later there's 10ish sentries eaten by 24 lings.

too obvious for a throw, to be honest.

Except that Nightend is 3-3 and Naniwas was sure to advance since Nightend won the first map against Ret, which Ret knew and his last game did not affect anybody.
Maru and Serral are probably top 5.
