I'd credit that more to the compressed GSL format and players travelling a lot, rather than SC2's current state. During BW, you played BW in Korea, you knew what tournaments to focus on, there were no travel issues, no tournament conflicts, hence why we could see domination so clearly. I also like flash's comment about it being possible to do comebacks in bw if you are the better player.

I agree. While I applaud Flash for trying to 14cc almost every game I dont understand why his opponents never go for early aggression or early game all ins.

actually flash had a huge concave of units all around him, he would of lost if he stayed and lost units when he tried to retreat, really bad time for him to move out with his army that is being brave i do agree that can happen though but it's just a skill players need to get better at.

Anyone have a problem with keeping dps the same and doubling the hit points of every unit? Sometimes I feel like even the best players, once they get caught out of position, can't micro fast enough to ever hope to rectify the situation. In a lot of these instances, a third of your stuff is dead before you even have time to think.

I agree generally, though that was more than just a small misstep.

RAX FIRST AND IT ISN'T CHEESE?! WHO IS PLAYING THIS GAME?!

Incredibly rigorous schedules, combined with a lack of OSL/team league in the earlier days (where MVP/MC would have unquestionably dominated), means we probably won't see a bonjwa.
And shit, the days of the bonjwa might be over all-together. Even in the later days of BW no one looked dominant (though given more time after his surgery Flash may have). The scene is bigger and competition is fierce so you have 4-5 giants instead of one untouchable player; not a bad thing.
