NesTea mishandled them. You're supposed to park swarm hosts VEEEEEEEEEERY far away from where you want to hit so that the locusts fight when they're close to the end of their timer and you get fresh new ones at the battlefront. They can be very difficult to fight off when properly used.

Just counter attack with warp-ins.

A unit itself doesn't really need to be interesting for it to make interesting and fun games. I really don't want to comment on any of it before players have had time to play the final product for some time.

Haven't seen anyone use it "properly" yet
did you see the first game? they were used in a cool way there with nice 3 tempest splitting micro against vikings while a ground battle was happening I thought it was cool. I've heard Carrier/Tempest is nearly unbeatable against Terran too.

Cool little event. Ty Gom/Blizzard!

Absolutely nothing : (, The only thing that's interesting about it is that it might fix BL + Infestor for PvZ. I really hope they could just skip the Tempest and make the Carrier into the BW carrier again but with quicker building time etc so it's not impossible to get out (and tweaked accordingly).
With that said PvZ seems to be better allready with the new units that are though.

Haven't seen anyone use it "properly" yet It's basically for trying to kill broodlords/corruptors while staying out of infestor range. It's filling the role that I think the void ray was filling a very long time ago (anti-massive)
So, death ball? I thought Blizzard doesn't want the Tempest as part of death ball fight ...

Not very useful unit, besides insane range and high damage.

There will ALWAYS be complainers no matter what Blizz does with HotS...and the ones who are unhappy will complain loudly. I personally thought that was an interesting game, the spell casting from the Oracle was particularly cool, and it seemed like much more dynamic army compositions than WoL ZvP. HotS has potential, there's no doubt about that in my mind. Great UI and feature changes are also being implemented. Yet overdramatic players are saying "I'm done with Blizzard".

I doubt they will since tournaments are still in WoL. At least they would wait for a definitive release date and a beta build which is pretty close to the release in terms of balance changes. No reason to still practicing and refining builds when units change weekly.

Can you go mass infestors against what Rain was doing?
Feel like it was a better choice.

So do we now get to see FBH in action? I hope we get a ceremony aswell :D

I think they changed that once they got rid of the 21 range =/

yeah the oracle seems cool. I'm just wondering about the Tempest.

It doesn't actually have high damage really, but it has long range and bonus to massive. That's what makes it interesting. A-moving with this unit will be worthless unless you get 20 of them like in that last game. You need both positioning and target firing.
