I think Creator did the best possible build for that map, blink and obs is safe against anything almost. What Rain was doing with DT was not something I would say should work against Creator, so was kind of a big gamble for Rain that he didn't get robo.
Rain went for the fast expansion which was really his downfall. He played extremely greedy. He should have went blink stalker with a DT warp in on the side and use his DTs when creator decided to be aggressive, thus having no units to defend at his main.

In BW to get on a Kespa team, you have to win a tournament and achieve a progamers license. that is why I highly doubt that all GOM players but the top ones shall have a chance at being competitive in future, not mentioning foreigners even. What I think shall happen is another SC2 Proleage with devastating competition and high skill level threshold, which can be achieved and is achieved only when you train 8 hours a day or more and get a salary for that. The foreigners surely won't play SC2 all their life, many guys have plans, school, college, work etc. While in Korea they have all the infrastructure to support this kind of life for young men and I highly doubt that GOM has experience and influence such as Kespa to provide the same for its players.
