Am I wrong or didn't he hype up Carriers a lot in the first game, and now because they fail due to Squirtle's faults, he shouldn't build Carriers now? Argh just, argh.

You can do fancy harass, which Squirtle did, but eventually you need something to kill the zerg deathball, wether it's carriers or an archon toilet. | ||

doesnt matter if you have 10 stargates, each time you make carriers you have TWO MINUTES of gametime where there is 50 food in your stargates not on the field squirtle had 160food on the field, 40 food in his stargates ret had 210food on the field (thx to extractor tricking which i think is balanced since it only gives zerg max 20-25 extra food) if squirtle had the food in his stargates on the field, he would have won the battle if he just amoved carriers and used storm. carrier+templar BEATS corrupter+infestor ive tried it in unit tester all day. storm destroys corrupters but it doesnt really kill the interceptors that badly. you just need to remember to never use vortex. 1 vortex sucks up all the interceptors and makes all the carriers useless. in fact its almost best to keep mothership low on energy so the zerg cannot NP it and vortex your interceptors. carriers have high frontal dps it almost would be smart to keep the mothership home, let the carrier do their heavy burst DPS and cast some storms then recall your entire army and let shields regenorate while all the corrupters are at half health i wish there was some way to spend money to reduce carrier buildtime (besides chronoboost). doesnt matter if you have 10 stargates, each carrier would still build in 120 seconds. would be awesome if you could make 10 stargates, somehow combine them together and have 5 super stargates that made carriers with a 60 second buildtime. you would still have to spend money on production but the 120 second buildtime of carriers is so dumb | ||
