There can still be imbalance, because some races are better than others. But it's still technically "fair" because everyone is playing by the same rules of SC2. If someone brought in a maphack that would not be fair. It would be stupid to give marines 1000 damage, but it's still fair, provided that it is done before anyone selects their races for a tournament, because any player can choose to play Terran. Again, fair != good, the above would obviously be a shit idea, just like the Extended Series rule. | ||
