Neutral depots started a long time ago because of the prevalence and imbalanced power of bunker blocks (and to a lesser extent pylon blocks). Neither of those is as ridiculously powerful any more and I assume the map maker didn't want to block a legitimate build, even if it is an aggressive one. Not every game needs to be a macro one.

Lack of neutral depot is fine.
Real problem here is that SCV movement while construction is totally random.
Just because random number generator decided to place the SCV into that tucked in osotion, Nestea couldn't kill the SCV.
Most everything in game is deterministic, but this is not.

But this map already has a rush distance of 10 minutes, that makes the neutral depot useless ffs. The depot isn't here so players can be lazy, the depot is here because it's imbalanced when the rush distance is low.

Artosis is in some fringe minority that actually likes "Joffrey".

When a strategy that shouldn't even be doable is doable, you do NOT expect it as a pro-gamer, the only counter to this strategy is mass blocking with drones, however that is not easily doable, and if he doesn't do it it would count as you overreacting.
There should be a neutral supply depot, and if NesTea doesn't win, its not gonna be fair, because even though Byun just used the map, its not a balanced design.

metropolis is one of the most imbalanced maps in the pool - check the stats
