Not yet. Naniwa has only been in code S for 2 seasons. Jinro was in code S for 3 (4 if you include GSL open season 3). Huk was in code S for 5 seasons.

Did you have to be RO8 to stay in Code S before? I feel like it was much easier to retain your code S spot in the past, or am I wrong?

MUCH easier, I think Ro16 stayed in, so its a lot harder to stay in.

much easier to stay in code S when you get invited in it to start with, remember no foreigner has ever even qualified for code S

right now he's at the same point as idra/jinro who were in code S for 2 seasons. (Idra was in all open GSL's though). I think huk has been code S longer then naniwa as I feel like I remember huk being in code S for like 5-6 or so but I could be wrong.

Huk was in there for a LONG time, but keep in mind that its harder to remain in Code S now. You have to place higher and win more games than you had to last year.

So incredibly happy Naniwa lost.

DRG or MC to take it all I hope.

I was wondering when you were going to comment this. Did someone not teach you to not say everything that comes to your mind?
All you do is throw shit at naniwa.

Yes, how dare I be happy that my favourite player beat my second most disliked player.

Which means that your hate for Naniwa means more to you than you love for DRG. Or you just really likes to disturb and annoy other people in these threads.

Either way it says pretty much about you.

DRG can't win without Naniwa losing. It's win/win for me.

One day or another, you will be banned like Seraphone, the jackass who came before you and who had the same thoughts pattern as you.

And I'll copy your ban reason and post it on the pictures thread to immortalize that moment.

PS : His most hated player is Stephano. Curiously Nr. 1 and 2 are the most prominent foreigners.

It's actually not Stephano.

And why would I get banned for cheering for my favourite players.

No one ever gets banned for shitting on Koreans no matter what they say.

So how do you feel about naniwa making ro8 and playing an extremely close series vs the best player in the world, almost winning in his worst matchup?

I don't really care how close the games were so long as DRG won.

uhm... maybe because people dislike him based on his personality disregarding his skill?

its like in sports, i dont care how good someone is when hes a dick. good examples: michael schumacher, christiano ronaldo, etc...

not saying nani is a dick (although from what ive heard it definitely souds like he is), but i find it funny when ppl argue you have to like someone based on his skill. makes no sense...

I think the verb he should have used is respect.

If DRG didn't kill that warp prism Nani might have been in a much better spot. He could have flooded DRG's fifth with zealot and crippled his economy. DRG is just too good to let it happen.

Single most deciding moment of the game 5 (thus the whole series) IMO. There was some luck involved in that Naniwa was indecisive with the Warp prism for a half second and DRG did not let it go. Had Naniwa sent it straight out then the game would have looked different.

Would really like to see toss players do the gateway opening naniwa was doing but with a nice timed third behind it, throw the zerg off but actually just play standard.

That doesn't actually refute what the first guy was saying. Staying in code S is hard. Getting there the legit way and then staying is even harder.
