This scenario where terran gets a auto-draw because their buildings can fly can, and has happened on several occasions. Also I wouldn't blame someone for forcing a draw in that scenario, but personally I think it's bad mannered because there's literally no way you can win except for abusing game mechanics in ways they we're not meant to, trying to force a draw. If f.ex. blizzard didn't add the auto-draw timer the player with the larger army could just alt-tab and wait until he couldn't be bothered force-fielding anymore. As I have explained, as Terran myself I do know how to play against a superior army and without a ton of mapcontrol. Dragon nearly did a superb job or Cytoplasm a very bad one at keeping his income alive. All Cyto needed to do was save 1 hatch and his drones... he could have camped that base and savely win. I'm pretty sure even cytoplasm knew Terran buildings can fly, so if you want to blame someone for having a draw, blame Cyto. He had 3 hatches left and all got killed... with an inferior army. He only had to make a muta before or as said, keep a hatch alive. So yeah... its not too easy to force a draw, as you have to make sure he has either no economy or no hatchery left.

This stuff is just game mechanics races are not the same and as an opponent you have to be smart and for example make a single corruptor when you're losing all your stuff. Yes, or maybe more similarly zerg shouldn't be allowed to walk around with a spine crawler since protoss can't do the same. Terran has the slowest army (except for T3 air) and are most vulnerable to getting their production camped. Floating buildings a balancing mechanic so that terran don't get basetraded all the time.

People are blaming Apollo for suggesting a draw because apparently they think after 5000+ ladder games Dragon is too stupid to realize that he can just fly buildings and cause a draw. people are only blaming apollo for opening a chat window when it's clearly none of his business to do so. not that surprising, come to think of it.

Well after the White-Ra/Snute set stream 2 was preparing to do Cyto v Morrow. I think they are just waiting for the same players, but aren't willing to branch away from these players =/

I agree cyto played without thinking and would've won with some foresight. Sometimes these things can happen without one player throwing his advantage away however, and I still think it applies. I don't mind it so much since these scenarios are very rare but I do think it's lame when it happens.

How do you know he is not also acting as an ingame admin for Dreamhack? Or has an admin feeding into his ear while he is casting?

It shouldn't have been suggested until it was clear they were actually playing for the draw. The buildings were all landed and Cyto had units to kill them, period. In the same game where Dragon knew targeting opponent's building structures would end the game. I think Dragon would've lifted regardless whether or not Apollo said anything.
