I kind of dislike that Blizzard decides to balance based on the results of a single GSL season (I know they don't do that, but sometimes it feels like it). Balance should be studied over a longer amount of time, 4-6 months I'd say, before Blizzard steps in. Obviously, when something's really wrong Blizzard will have to step in sooner.

I think it wasn't really a buff but pure metagame - people simply discovered that the BM was awsome 
ok, now enough off-topic: as a protoss-player: why was the queen-buff necessary for TvZ? seems like terrans get slapped around pretty hard today :/
