Please have some respect for the players, teams, and tournament. Criticism is fine, criticism without anything to back it up isn't so cool. Thanks! |

Looks like MC's got this :D

Inori was 1-4 against Stephano, but that was months ago, and I think he was ready this time and found a good timing/build against Stephano as the three hatch roach style has really taken off and allowed for much more practice across the board against it. Being down vs. a player gives you an opportunity to react and counter, which kind of makes Grubby and White-Ra's 15+ losses vs. Stephano all the more saddening.

Rain actually looking pretty good lately. 3-0'd Puma in IPL TAC, handling himself nicely this weekend with a good range of play

MC just destroyed Crazymoving with a sneaky warp-in pylon with a Phoenix for vision.

Oh dear, I'm loving this. JP eating up his words for being a retard and always trying to be cool and predicting games like that.

Stephano is good and probably best foreigner, but he's no where close to the level of hype he's built himself by playing against inferior competition mostly. This pretty much sums up my opinion on Stephano perfectly.... Guy is obviously good, but people hyping him up as best ZvP in the world, code S etc. is just silly..... the hardest opponent he has beaten for his championships is polt. Now Polt is good too, but he's just another GSL average Terran imo... GSL average Terran who has won a GSL? How is a GSL winner just average? Didnt sheth just 2-0 polt So? You calling Sheth average?
No im saying calling stephano the best foreigner for beating polt is unsubstantiated.

While I don't quite agree that Polt is "just another Code S terran", him winning a tournament mid last year is completely irrelevant to his abilities as a player right now.

lol. That's irrelevant. Random high masters on NA pull off wins from IdrA, IdrA beats Bomber, random noobs on NA > Bomber? No. Never. Ever. Stop with this idiotic logic. Not to mention Sheth has shown in Korea that he's capable of going against GSL quality players. Polt has won a GSL, I'd argue that that alone makes him above average. On top of that add in his attainment of GM rank 1 on KR, I could go on for a bit on why Polt is not just average.

The hype is there for a reason.
That and the fact that a lot of pros recognise him as the best foreigner. Even IdrA said he had the best understanding of ZvP appart from maybe DRG...

You really don't understand they will say whatever it takes to downplay stephano, you just need to wait for a loss and all the haters get out of their cave and shit on him and possibly the people he face if it helps.
