puzzle somehow never fails to royally fuck something up Blame the rest of his team that lost, he got three kills. Look at the big picture. okay that's true. But it takes a sort of special fail to not get detection against inca. Mind games. Who will go for something so predictable in the ace match? asks Puzzle. Well I do, answers Inca, I always do!

FXO lost one game in Ro10, then won the next and made it to R08. Now they've lost in Ro8 and so have one more chance to make it to Ro6.

Lol wut.
I should not expect anything less than this flawless logic from someone called FATJESUSONABIKE though...

The Ro8 is actually the Code S group format (winner vs winner, loser vs loser, winner vs loser etc.), but was put into bracket form to make it more visually appealing.

But according to the brackets, if Slayers wins their next match against FXO, they are still in line to be eliminated next round, so your point about getting to lose one game every round isn't true. Or am I just mistaken about something

You're wrong. I get howit is funny but I still don't get why this player should be rewarded for doing so. EVEN more if it is his only strat !

yeah it came out wrong. i meant P has too much of a possibility of winning from such a versatile tactical decision. i obviously didn't mean 'unscouted-imbalance' or anythin of the sort. a 6gates all-in comes too fast and too strong to be properly countered, that's been proven a lot lately. and what's even more saddening is that it works equally well against t and z

The truly genius thing is, InCa rarely goes DTs in PvP and mostly goes for Blink transitions.
On a map that doesn't really give DT-opening an advantage, and in a match that is so pressurized, Puzzle wouldn't think for a second InCa would go DTs.
InCa mind-gamed him even more, by going Phoenix opening against Squirtle, showing that he is adept at executing multiple builds in PvP... which completely counters Robo opening, so he would've won if Puzzle played safe.

Not really no. How about you scan the natural, see there's no gasses/probes being made and build bunkers?
Seriously you are just still balance whining only you are putting a little more effort in this last post. Besides what's the problem with a build that works in every matchup? Is a Cloak banshee opening op because it can do lots of damage to P, T AND Z?

Ok I get it. I didn't think this was a kind of 3rd-level mindgame. Thanks for explaining it.

Always trust Inca as the PvP ace

Inca plays the long game.
He goes DTs every single match until it really matters and then totally throws his opponent off by going DTs again. Then, when everyone knows it's his style and knows what to expect, he confuses them by still going DTs.
What a fucking boss.

if inca was good in the other 2 matchups he'd probably be one of my favorite protoss
