I really think either MrBitter or NerdSwagger should be observing. They both have tons of experience observing thousands of games! Other than that the production is quite OK and casting is great :D

I don't know, but it's honestly really bad, I don't want to bash, so there's some constructive feedback.
Once in a while show the income tab for a short time, it's quite useful.
For god's sake, decide where you want to go with the camera, I'm going wild when I see the mouse hovering over the minimap and then going back to the screen because you're not sure where you want to go and decide to just select some units on the screen.
Show more of the game, show a hatchery being attacked and switch back to it when it dies, don't linger on it for the entire attack, and you don't have to keep the screen on broodlings dying on their own while the DT just stands there, switch back to the action earlier!
Listen to the casters! They mention important stuff and you don't show it at all!

Tuned in to that last game and wow poor sheth. Not sure why he didn't have those three zergligns in area's to look at expansions but that is such a terrible feeling to know your protoss opponent snuck a base xD.
Not sure why sheth went pure roach army with corruptors either for so long.

Honestly I don't understand what is with events having on Shit obs/casters. No disrespect to Bitter. To actual fans of SC2 that enjoy high level analysis this was a joke. The casting did not do that show match justice. The guy casting with Bitter was just bad. The cast lacked enthusiasm, focus, effort and analysis. I have honest criticism to MLG and they actually listened to me, here's to hoping ONOG does too.
If you are a casual fan "I get it", but keep in mind with better casting you can enjoy the match more too.
As ONOG grows so should the quality.

I completely agree with you. But PLEASE keep in mind that "ONOG" consists of two people: Me(NeedsMoreMinerals on Reddit), and ONOGMuffins. That's it. We have great friends that help with little web site issues (but they are mostly swamped with their own stuff), a great volunteer that made those amazing overlays, and our friends help run the barcrafts once a month. Other than that it's just us two. I don't think people realize how many different pieces are involved here. We will try to get better and hopefully we can convince people to start helping us. I think the problem is people think we're a lot bigger than we really are. We are not GSL, Dreamhack, MLG, IPL, NASL, Playhem or anything that good. We're just two people at the moment with sporadic, life-saving help from friends.
Also, we don't have a ton of money. Everyone thinks that we're rolling in money and we're not. The $500 from this showmatch was paid for from all the ad revenue we made from our last invitational (391) and 109 from my pocket to balance it out. We don't have money to pay casters - NerdSwagger and Mr Bitters are doing it out of the kindness of their hearts. I also don't have a Rolodex of every industry caster because we only started this stuff 2 months ago. I have approached many casters but most just ignore me because at the end of the day we really aren't too important in a lot of people's eyes.
That being said, I think NerdSwagger is clearly new but he did well for his level of experience.
Please don't assume we don't care. It's just not true. This weekend I will be at NYC 3 days straight for over 24 hours. I will not make a dime. I care a lot about ONOG, growing esports and putting on a good show but I have limits and a real full time job that I need to juggle.
Anyways, we'll try our best to get better.

NerdSwagger impressed me today. He co-casted well with mrBitter. I have to keep an eye on the guy in the future.

VODs are automatically there for streamed events, check the TwitchTV page.
The 20 minute video is empty space waiting for the games to start, and the 2:18:04 video starts right at the beginning of game 1. (Edit: I'm watching it now, game 1 starts around 5:45.)
