Game one started on Dual sight with Jinro located in the bottom left corner against his opponent Freaky who spawned in the top right corner. Jinro opened up with a reactor hellion build while Freaky started up with an expansion first getting a single spine crawler to defend him from Jinro's hellion harassment. After the first set of hellions finished production Jinro starts a tech lab and a starport looking to go into a banshee build with cloak however an evolution chamber started for freaky at the same time as the cloak walling off the back of the mineral line preventing Jinro from doing any form of hellion harassment. After denying the Hellion harassment Freaky starts his carapace armour +1 upgrade along with the metabolic boost for his zerglings and a macro hatch with a second evolution chamber however the banshees start to harass forcing the queens off the ramp allowing a snipe on an evolution chamber however a mistake by Jinro allows his banshee to die. After the spore replants the banshee harassment is stopped however Jinro uses the Hellions to prevent creep spread and force zergling production while taking his expansion behind the attack along with two more factories moving into a mech composition. Freaky reacts to all the attacks by taking a roach warren and a spire but enable to take a third due to the banshee harassments. Jinro tries to go for a massive hellion attack to freaky's queens but freaky reacts to a counter attack to the main with all the zerglings he produced earlier the attack is denied due to thors on the ramp with scvs repairing it which also helps hold off against the muta harassment seconds later. Jinro holds barely but has lost up to 30 workers down to only twenty. Freaky uses this change to double expand to the bottom right bases but are scouted by a banshee of Jinro but unable to be denied. Another muta harass finishes off all the scvs of Jinro in his main now down to 14 scvs. Jinro now goes for a desperation attack with his mech army but Freaky now has a large roach army while killing the last shred of Jinro's economy. Jinro engages the roach army of Freaky on the creep but the tanks and hellions fall really quickly despite good micro with his tanks. Jinro is forced to GG out after the loss of his army. Freaky takes the first game. Game Two starts on Daybreak with Jinro starting in the top right corner going for a one barracks expand while Freaky starts in the bottom left corner going for an expansion first while stealing one of Jinro's gasses with his scouting drone however the drone is actually killed when cancelled preventing a long term gas steal. Jinro now starts his third base while getting two more barracks opting to go into a bio build while freaky gets a few zerglings to help him hold off any form of pressure Jinro may want to throw at Freaky. Fourth barracks starts for Jinro but freaky goes double gas into his zergling speed upgrade however he had heavily invested into the zerglings and is still trying to catch up in the drone production. Freaky somehow loses a queen randomly in the middle of the map to a small marine force of Jinro after he scouted the natural and main of freaky seeing the incoming baneling nest but not the lair which started moments after Jinro's scouting scv died. The push hits the creep of Freaky forcing a lot of zerglings before running home without any engagements happening. The lair finishes to Freaky Jinro gets a lot of reactors on his barracks a long with starting his medivac production moving to freaky's natural with a marine push however the baneling speed upgrade finishes forcing Jinro back before he loses a lot of units. Both players use this time to take their third bases while Freaky starts his mutalisk production while Jinro starts his 2-2 bio upgrades. Jinro tries to attack the third base of Freaky however he gets surrounded by a ling bling force which loses him a lot of his marines before he picks up the survivors but mutalisks arrive in time to allow freaky to pick off the medivacs killing off Jinro's forces however he has enough back home to allow him to do several drops all over the map killing the fourth base of Freaky and allowing him to land his own fourth and start his fifth base. Freaky achieves his max army but waits for his fourth base to finish but is killed again by another drop. Jinro gets his max army because of the delay but his army is made mainly of marines with Hive tech and infesters coming from Freaky while mutalisks harass the third base of Jinro. During the harassment at the third Jinro kills the fourth of Freaky again however a lot of scvs go down for Jinro and starts his ghost production. As hive finishes for Freaky he starts his greater spire and an ultralisk cavern but Jinro produces two more ghost academies and constructs a nuke. Jinro engages the army of Freaky but every marine gets his by a fungal growth despite some good EMPs from Jinro losing all of his army. Freaky now uses the chance to harass with his mutas and remax on ultras while getting his 3-3 upgrades. Jinro tries to remax on his marines while nuking the spine crawlers of Freaky. Jinro finally remaxes but loses all of his ghosts to a fungal growth forcing him on the back foot again however a good drop from Jinro kills the spawning pool and infestation put while attacking the fourth but is unable to finish it off. Jinro keeps trying to use his drop harassment but all off them are cleaned up by a lot of banelings. Freaky reacts to all the drops by starting a Nydus worm and drop research. Using the nydus worm to reinforce his units in the bottom right part of the map taking out the base of Jinro along with most of the scvs however all the ultras go down to the marauders of Jinro. Jinro manages to hold off a series of brutal attacks from Freaky however when he finally pushes out to engage his units are caught by a fungal growth losing all of them again sending him down to only 50 supply. Jinro GGs moments later Freaky takes the series 2-0 | ||
